The problem with this is that we don't save the information which mod is installed on which server.

When you install a mod the mod is just downloaded to your server's mods folder.

And storing information about which mod is installed on which server just for the purpose of seeing that you already know which mod is already installed is probably not worth the effort.

Try to remove the mod controllable

Can you share the world with us? E.g. with dropbox/GDrive

Which browser do you use?

It's probably one of your friends with OP rights or console access trolling
