it worked fine for 1 day and then one of my friends got the error: Internal Server Error , so we found that its about the mods installed not matching the mods on the server
What makes you think it's because of a different mod collection?
"Internal Server Error" usually the result of a bug in a mod and that something is broken.

Which player had the Internal Server Error issue in that log?

So the problem is not that the server crashes, but that you get disconnected?

I am not sure how to install 'mcreator_link' I tried to upload a jar file from google in the resourcepacks but it wont upload
A mod is not a resource pack, so it obviously won't work!?

After I put PaperMC on my aternos server and started it, I looked for the paper.yml file to enable Anti X-ray, but the file wasn't there. Is it different for 1.19?
Since 1.19 the paper.yml is located in the config folder.

According to the log the server started successfully. It also does not contain any crash message.

You probably don't have the exact same collection of mods installed on your server.
Make sure that the collection of the mods is exactly the same. Also the versions of mods and the version of Forge must match.
