Why? They don't work on bukkit servers...

First, create a backup.
Download alle three worlds and merge them: https://support.aternos.org/hc…End-into-one-world-folder
then upload the world again. This should work, I did not test it on my own

They don't get deleted on it's own.
Either he deleted them while having his brain not turned on or he's just looking for them in a folder where they are not supposed to be.
(Or he never uploaded them)
