Stop the server
Remove yourself from the banned players and banned IPs list on the players page.
Then start your server
If you can still not join because you're banned it's probably one of your installed plugins which modifies ban behavior on your server

If you mean schematics, you can upload them into the WorldEdit schematics folder on the files page
