I have a same problem it worked for me really god but today after some plugin installs and generating new world with a seed -1337710146 when i want to connect it just says generating world and on aternos server page it says that i am online please could you help me resolve this issue?

Remove the mods one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the modification you last removed.
