With that I mean install the vanilla server software on your server

We can only add plugins from spigotmc.org / dev.bukkit.org for Java Edition and plugins from poggit.pmmp.io for Bedrock Edition

Downloading plugins from https://spigotmc.org/ is currently not possible. Unfortunately the root cause is out of our control, so we can't really fix it.
We are working on a solution. There is no ETA when plugin download will work again.
Plugins from https://dev.bukkit.org/ or https://songoda.com/ should still work.

Your server is taking too long to start.
Try to remove some mods or plugins

Then share the full log using the share button on the log page
