You specified a resource pack without providing a sha1 hash. Pack will be updated on the client only if you change the name of the pack.
You can ignore that message.
The folder structure of your resource pack is wrong.

I would recommend you to use the DynIP.

Download the world rename the playerfile of the player.
Replace the uuid of the old playername with the new uuid in the filename.

You should not follow it step-by-step, but you can learn from it how to identify the correct playerfile and where to find them.
