The ingame status does not update immediatly. Depending on status it can take some minutes.

Yes, Pocketmine does not support the latest version yet.
We can't do anything about it, you have to wait until the update is available

Did you upload a bedrock world to Pocketmine?
This is not possible as Pocketmine has it's own world format.

You can install plugins on Pocketmine.
