Looks like the mod villageemployment tries to load resources that are only available on the client.

Since you use a modpack you may want to report this to the modpack creator.

• Schalte deinen Server aus
• Gehe auf die Optionen-Seite
• Stelle Gamemode auf Survival und schalte Force Gamemode an
• Starte den Server
• Teste ob es jetzt geht
