Did you change the cracked mode recently?
Stop your server and remove all players from all lists (op-, white-, ban-list etc)
Then add them again

Your server is now running out of RAM.
That might still come from too many mods or a single one taking up too much RAM

Click the connect button on the server page when your server is online

Cou can't access it. Most of the settings of that file can be edited on the options page

- Remove all players from the banned players and banned ips list on the players page
- start your server and test again
