- Download the world and unpack it
- Download the datapack and unpack it
- Put the datapack into the worlds datapacks folder
- Update the world again

but how I can transfer databases files, schematics and non-editable files in general
You can't.
You can download/upload worlds on the worlds page. It's not possible to transfer any other files.
What about editable files, I will have to copy and paste the text for each one of them regardless the sizes or I can access a faster option ?
The only way to edit files is our file browser. This is the only option.
Last question but about about the present day, if I need to move .schematic files from WorldEdit folder to ASkyBlock folder to have custom starting islands, how I can do it ?

If you mean the AFK timeout, it's not possible to change it
