Try to remove plugin by plugin and restart + try to join each time you removed one.
When it's working again you know that the issue is probably related to the plugin you remove last.

If your server just turned offline after confirming you probably missed the timeframe where confirm was possible
It's important that you keep the page open in the queue. Enable desktop notifications and sounds and make sure that you can see/hear the notification. It might be helpful in some browsers if you have the tab active and not in the background.

Create a backup, then switch to vanilla on the software page and test.
If the issue persists on vanilla it's probably caused by one of the plugins or spigot itself

Hey, so, I'm trying to enable the server for the forth time, but every time 70 min queue passes, I have to press confirm, which I do press, and then my server just turns off.
That would happen pretty often before too, but queue was like 10 min long so I was more patient.
If your server just turns offline (without trying to load/start) you probably already missed the timeframe to confirm your server and your browser did not update the website.
Some browsers hibernate tabs in background which might be the reason for that.
Make sure to enable notifications for our website, so you get one if you server is ready to confirm.
I tried to download it, but when I logged in in singleplayer my items were gone. Does anyone know how to transfer multiplayer world to singleplayer world and how to keep items from your account? Thanks
This is because your client is using different uuids to identify players than the server.
This can have multiple reasons, either your client is not working correctly or you played too much with the cracked setting on your server.
You would need to manually fix the playerdata of the downloaded world which is very complicated. I would recommend you to just cheat the items on singleplayer.

You probably changed the cracked setting of your server, try to set it back to it's original state

You can only access and modify those files on custom modded servers, it's not possible to do that on modpack servers

This would not solve the problem.
The reason why the queue is long is that many players want to play at the same time. More players that we can serve, so some people have to wait.
If we would add that feature, many people would set the start time in the same timeframe.
Additionally, we can not predict how many space we have at a certain tim, because that depends on how many players stop to play
