I'm trying to set up a server with plugins (spigot/bukkit 1.14.4) but when I try to add WorldEdit, it says it installs, but when I check files nothing new is there. What do I do?

Why does spigot and bukkit and papermc fulfill a purpose but mcpe server software does not?
bukkit - We don't have it anymore, because it's the same as spigot.
spigot- Supports installation of plugins
papermc - is based on spigot, supports plugins and has several different optimizations deep in the Minecraft and Spigot source code to enhance performance.

We don't have so much different software just because to have a big variety, it's because every software has it's own pros and cons.
To a certain extent, every software also fulfils a certain purpose.

Remove some mods or plugins.
