We don't have so much different software just because to have a big variety, it's because every software has it's own pros and cons.
To a certain extent, every software also fulfils a certain purpose.
There is no reason to add multiple different software for mcpe if there is no reason to.
And just to have them to get a big variety is not a good reason.
If a particular software is useful and offers advantages we can talk about adding it. Any other case doesn't really make sense to me.

I just tried reinstalling from the options tab, I still have the same error. Will the upload speed of my internet (450 kbps) be the problem? Could the problem be the name of the map?
Thats very very low, so probably.
Try to use the legacy upload.
Hold CTRL then click the file icon next to the upload button
