All these changes (AFK timeout, short countdown time etc.) are all due to the ad revenue thing.

There are currently no plans to change this until the situation gets better.

Audiodeath, BetterTitleScreen, CustomMainMenu, MouseTweaks, and ResourceLoader
Those mods are client-only mods. They are not required on the server.
The reason why your server crashes is that it takes too long to start.

Remove the mod lmreengaged

The installed mods on your client is probably different from the installed mods on the server.

Delete the skywars plugin, build your map, then add skywars again

Unfortunately this is not possible and there are no plans to do that.

The Google API wall makes that impossible.
Of course, this would be theoretically possible, but we do not want to (and cannot do this for other reasons)
