Either you have a cracked or a premium server, there is no third option.

Check the options page:

Cracked enabled -> Cracked server

Cracked disabled -> Premium Server

Try to remove plugin by plugin and check each time between when the problem is gone

Your server is taking too long to start.

Thats just a warning, as the two others before. If you don't really experience an issue with these warnings you can probably ignore them
