How did you upload the world? As .zip file or as bare folder?

Aternos servers stop if no one plays on them. So you have to start your server again on our website

The hash key is not relevant for a server texture pack to work. It is only relevant if the texture pack has changed, but the link from which the pack is retrieved is still the same.
