Remove mod for mod from your server.
Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the modification you last removed.
Maybe other installed mods which depend on CraftStudio download them automatically on boot

If you don't have a backup or did not enable them it is not possible to get anything back.
How did you even manage to upload a .rar file?
Normally you get an error message if the file is not a .zip file.
We don't support .rar
Do you play with cracked? Is your IGN longer than 16 characters?
Try to generate a new one on the worlds page
