Try to remove mod by mod. Each time you removed one restart the server test if the issue still persists.
As soon as the issue is gone you at least which plugin probably causes this.

It's probably bug in that mod.
I can not say why it happens and under which conditions, this is something which the mod creator probably needs to troubleshoot.
and how did you detect the error in the log? there's too much information. I wanna learn to resolve my problems hehe.

The lines below 589 - 616 are the stacktrace. It shows where in the software code the issue occured.
In that stacktrace you can see some entries about the comforts mod.
That doesn't mean that this mod is the cause, but it indicates which parts are involved into the crash.
