Does it start again?
Who is able, Who is not able to join? What error message do the people get who are not able to join?

You can restore a backup on the backups page

You still have any sort of browser extension, browser setting or software on your computer which blocks the Ads.
I can not tell you which of these is exactly the cause as I don't know your computer.
