According to the server log the mod is loading stuff which is only available on the Minecraft client. So the mod is probably just not compatible with the server.

I removed it from our mod browser now

I checked your server and didn't see that error you're showing in your screenshot. According to the log of your account it is working?

No, only switching the software / version where it is known that data is not compatible will reinstall the server, like forge <-> (paper|spigot|vanilla)
