I can't reproduce that problem, not on your server and not on a new one. Also you're the only one who reports this problem.
The problem might be related to Minecraft itself (Client or Server) or the network connection.
Did you already try to reinstall Minecraft on your computer? Do you have the same problem when using a vpn or do you have the same problem on a different computer?

Do you play with the modpack version or on a custom modded server?

You probably need to consul the mod creator what the problem is.
The mod does not produce any crash report or crash message to find out what the problem is, it just stops the server
