You can try to generate just a new end or nether.
You can access the world files on the worlds page.
There you have a folder called DIM1 for the end and DIM-1 for the nether.
Which software and version is your server running on? Did you already try to use another one?

Then how come the stuff is still broken on aternos, but other servers it works perfectly?

If you could show me a proof, an official blogpost etc. or something (And please not screenshots from a Discord conversation) in that direction which proves that, it would at least be a start.
At the moment I only have one file shared via google drive and one statement from you that I can't verify.
Please understand that I can't just copy/download anything to the Aternos system without proof.
