There is a ticking block that's why your server is crashing. If you share your crash-report I will tell your the exact location of the block ticking so you can either remove it with MCEdit or ig download it to single player world and remove that block

Server randomly closed while playing with friend, tried to start up again and join, but kept getting kicked out by the "Server Closed" message.
