Why do you have fabric api in forge server?
Do you face the same issue in a vanilla server?
Are you using only using optifine for dynamic lightning or FPS? If yes then I can suggest you a forge alternative to it so you can join through the latest version of forge and not face the issue

2. No. But the Simple Voice mod needs to be on both server and client to work.

I am having an issue with trying to utilize both the most recent version of Optifine and Forge mods, specifically Simple Voice. Aternos' server software only lists Forge version 39.0.64- Optifine lists on their website that it integrates with version 39.0.0. The issue is, Simple Voice would need me to use the CurseForge launcher or the 39.0.0 installment, but I am encountering the following errors (see issue 1 and issue 2) when using the 39.0.0 installment upon viewing and attempting to connect the server. I attempted to remove every mod I had inside the Forge 39.0.0 installment (Simple Voice, Optifine, and Fabric API) one by one and adding them back in and received the exact same error. I really wish to use Optifine and Forge mods (specifically Simple Voice) on your servers.
