update we located the mod that caused the issue. The client had attributefix forge version while the server had fabric. Thank you for all your support!

I also have this problem server internal error, I have checked some ¨solutions¨ but didnt work.
But my problem only appears when i´m trying to enter the nether portal
we found the problem conflicts with soul speed and immediately corrupts player data when the player steps on soul sand or soul soil with soul sand

This had no relation to any mods.
