Try restarting your Minecraft. If this won't work share your client log
Share your client log:
1. open your minecraft installation path (enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. open the logs folder
3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor
4. copy and paste the content of the file to https://mclo.gs/

You can't use Bungeecord in Aternos, disable that option

The server didn't crash the log just ends there, maybe you sent the wrong log, double check

If you have any mod called CCPacket or CreativeCorePacket remove it, if not, make a backup and try to remove mods one by one untill it works. When you figured out the mod that have issues, restore the backup and remove that mod.
