I was checking the spigot.yml file on a private server I made, and I saw the bungeecord option and decided to see what happens, and I discovered that the option is not protected at all. The good thing is that it hides the bungeecord.yml file. Is there any way you can protect this setting?

You can't use Bungeecord in Aternos, disable that option

The bungee.yml file only exists on BungeeCord servers, it has nothing to do with Spigot.
There's no reason for us to disable that option.
