The error message "mismatched mod channel list" tells you that the installed collection of mods is not the same on the server and the players' computer.
You have to make sure that the installed mods are the same on both. (Out of server-side/client-side only mods)
It is not enough to simply have the same mods installed, they must also be installed in the exact same version. Likewise, the version of the mod loader (Fabric/Forge) must be identical.
usually it gives such errors only when the mod list is not the same, some mods cannot be applied on the server as only client (like optifine) checks if the mod list on the client matches that of the server
Make sure the server has the same version of the mod as you do (like if you had a mod on your server with version 8.0 and you had 8.4 then it would show that message.)

You installed several mods that are made for other versions than 1.16.4
Try removing them.
If the issue persists send us your client log which is located in .minecraft/logs/latest.log on your computer
