I tried to enter the suggested address but it says "server not found".

I was playing 1.17.1 Minecraft server with my friends and was just doing fine. When we had to sleep for the night we exited and the owner turned the server offline. The next day, I tried to enter the server but this (first image attached) showed. I contacted the owner that it is already online and try configuring my firewall or antivirus. I tried but I cant still enter. Then I saw this (second image), incompatible version. But they did not update the server's version. Are there other solutions? I tried to reinstall the java, launcher and restarted my pc, nothing works. The owner even turned the server on and off.
