Your players probably don't have the same mods or versions installed on their client.
I was checking every mod and every verision of mod on client and server if it was the same, and it was.
Everyone have same mods same versions since I was the one downloading them and then packing them to zip and after that sending file to them... -
What error does your friend get in Minecraft?
if you are asking if other have this too yes, it kicks player no matter of nickname, ip etc etc
if you are OP you are kicked, thats all
If you are asking about what it shows in minecraft its shown in video:

OPed Players can't join server, they get insta kicked.
if player is already in game and get OP he gets disconnected
