Probably an issue with the modpack as I have seen few people face the same issue. You an try contacting the modpack author

Hey, it seems that the vault hunters mod doesn't want to work. Every time I start it up it starts fine, but when I try to join it says that the server is still starting. It will say that every time I try to join the server until the server shuts down automatically.
I was wondering if this was a problem with the mods, the server or the server just can't run the mod.
Anyway, any help will be appreciated
