There is a player in the server that was banned. I tried to unban him in the player page, but when I checked it afterwards, he was still banned. I also tried the pardon command, but it says 'Player not banned'. What should I do?

I switched it to Paper, it worked the first time. Although, when I joined it the second time after it was re-opened, the 'Unable to Join World' message popped up again? Do I have to switch software every time I join the server?

I'm using Bedrock edition, trying to join a Java Server with Geyser. The Geyser is running on the latest version, my IP and port are correct, but a message showed up when I was joining saying: Unable to Join World. As I'm using a PC for Bedrock, I can't download VPN and other Third-party apps stated in the help support.

When I add the Plasmo Voice Plugin to the server, the GeyserMC plugin didn't work and showed a 'The plugin 'Geyser-Spigot' could not be enabled.' alert. However, when I uninstall Plasmo, it doesn't have this problem.
