When I add the Plasmo Voice Plugin to the server, the GeyserMC plugin didn't work and showed a 'The plugin 'Geyser-Spigot' could not be enabled.' alert. However, when I uninstall Plasmo, it doesn't have this problem.

I don’t think you can use a voice chat plugin and GeyserMC at the same time, because both plugins require the same port and you can only use it for one thing.
