This plugins add potion effects on item in your hand.I need this for my server!You can add all this plugins or one of those!This plugins are so useful!

and what i need to do on LOG?

I need plugin with this;i put potion effect on item for example blaze rod and i hold blaze rod and i have that potion effect and if i put another one item in hand that effect disappears!(itemizer dont work) i need that plugin for 1.7.9 BUKKIT
