Remove the plugins one by one and everytime you remove a plugin, start the server. Keep on doing this till you identify which plugin was causing issues, and only remove that plugin.

But Plugins Which I Use Is : Advance Teleport, Adurelium Skills, Clearlagg, GeyserMC, Sleep, Tablist, ViaBackwards, ViaRewind, ViaVersions
