That's not a valid point. You just can't compare the issue. Your route to aternos servers are going to be different compared to any other hosting. Which country are you located in?

The fact that you lag a particular time and everytime shows that it can be related to the internet also.
I'm mostly sure that it isn't since:
-I don't lag any other time of the day.
-My friend's bad (not directed) Wi-Fi lags throughout the day.
-This has happened to every server we have made using Aternos.
-Every other server that didn't use Aternos works fine at this time.

Most likely the issue is related to your internet, and which server software did you in those servers and what was the TPS?
Not related to the internet I'm certain, all messages were late to send, about a 7-8 second delay, not sure about the software, and estimated 16-7 tps.
