Its a modpack, crazy craft updated

me and my friend have been playing crazy craft updated and it worked for a good week, now whenever one of us joins the server immediately crashes. it was working perfectly fine before. I don't know what the problem is. Im thinking maybe i should just take a few of the engineering mods out since we really dont know how to use them anyway?

Me and a few friends have a server where we play Medieval Minecraft and i guess i was a bit too trigger happy with the guns in the game. I kept shooting and died, and before i could press the respawn button my game crashed. Now i cant get into the game without it crashing at all. My friend dosnt have a back up of the world. what can i do?
