I suggest deleting the playerdata and getting all your stuff back using cheats
I already did that but I wanna know why was my data invalid.

Did you enable "Force gamemode" in server.properties? Try disabling it.

I load up Minecraft as usual, my OS is Windows 11 Nvidia 940 MX and the SMP server I own said “connection lost invalid player data” to me only and don’t know what I did wrong, I don’t mess with the world files, few mods are used. The server is on 1.18.2 (40.1.60). The only fix that worked is deleting my data file but it was unpleasant.
