the mod would have to be installed into forge for it to work, if you just put forge then you wouldn't be able to put mods into it because forge itself is an api mod, they would have to make mods like plugins and add them into a tab

I love the idea but the hard part is getting the mods to have the same mc version because some mods don't have stable versions of mc versions, like one mod may not be able to be played on 1.11 or 1.10 because the only stable version of the mod is 1.8.9

No, sadly there isn't, if it does that often then check your server log to see if there is a problem.

Yeah, sorry about requesting so much, most of the older requests were because I wanted a modpack with flans in it, now most of the modpacks I've requested I've tried out and played with, I test them before requesting them to you guys so i know it works before hand and isn't too laggy, again I'm sorry for so many requests, I've cut down on them so it's not as much as it used to be, I don't think I'll be requesting anymore for a little bit other than this one anyways
