6. Update your Software in Modem/Router (Only if you use non ISP provided Modem/Router)
7. Use Lan connection since wifi is not that great
8. use Cloudflare DNS Resolver or Google DNS Resolver
9. Check your DSL/vDSL/Fiber Lines
10. Get an Better internet

2. ICU control and LibsDisguises plugin need protocollib plugin
