They will not allow ANY type of MOTD plugin as you will be able to remove the aternos.org in the MOTD

They can only add plugins from dev.bukkit.org and spigotmc.org.. besides this plugin is already avabile on the list from Spigot

Click on the FOLDER of essentials... be sure to download EssentialsX as that plugin is more updated
