So, you are already able to install mods and complete modpacks on aternos.
Just choose a mod or modpack on the server page, install it on the server and on your client and play
(also with your friends)There is only lucky block mod and not my modpacks.

It is a really good mod you can create NPCs and edit they. Ther is some guns and furnutires too!
