So, it seems the problem was, those datapacks had their files inside a folder, which was inside the .zip file

But what causes this?

I am getting an error like the one above for various Datapacks, it seems the server mistakes them for Resource Packs, any idea how to fix this?

But, aren't the mods supposed to have been tested, why do they not work?

Error messages on modded servers are pretty common. If you don't have any actual issue you can ignore them
