You cannot change any settings (On Aternos) of your mod on your settings

They cannot add plugins which are not available to http://spigotmc.org or http://dev.bukkit.org

Also you dont need to tell them about your applications, because they can see it and read it.

They Only adding modpacks which are pretty famous. But you can transfer another hosting to upload that modpacks.
