How come that your believing on that. he cannot hack the server if he dont have any access. i believe that some of your Opped players is trolling you :P.

Did you upload a map? can you try to regenerate the map and start your server?

The Aternos is "ONLINE" not offline hosting. they need the internet to able to run their servers. and also APP is not possible for now. Maybe in the far far future it would be possible

You have some chunks problem on your server. Maybe you can reload the chunks using MCEDIT.

You can use /clear command. or use the restore backup
