All install plugins is on http://aternos.org/files i think its useless if thye add another section for plugin and not necessary

There already a plugim sections which where you can install plugins, and also and also its the player choice if he will upload that plugin is hes server or not.

Plugin is not working with Vanilla, i would suggest to you to use spigot and also check your consple log if the plugin is not working

Its not possible to upload your own plugin for now, maybe in the far future who knows. Also Anti virus cost too much money. Aternos has already DDOS protection
