What version of worldguard you using?
if your using 6.2.1 for 1.12 just use 6.2 version

Is it also lagging or is it only the message?
Are you using the pc for anything else?
You are running a ton of plugins thats why it might not be able to do nothing but lag?

Maybe the computer is too hot to run all the time

It means that the plugin is not compatible in the version of your server and as you can see theirs no Error on console, Please google the versions of all Citizen plugin

Ooops, @Severus123 this is not a Aternos problem its a mojang problem, "Failed to verify username" means that authentication server are down and you can report it on mojang
