Essentials cannot be updated since the update for 1.8 above is on external sites. EssentialsX has already a Essentials chat,Spawn and etc on its configuration file, the plugin updates will be automatically patch on Aternos system, in More ram its not possible for now and its okay for servers in Aternos

You can use EssentialsX plugin for that and you need a chat manager like bchatmanager to able to work your prefix
