The Aternos is located on Germany and i think it will be on germany only , Maybe you just have a Connection problem or your using too many plugins and worlds

Yes, you can make a Video using your aternos server but make sure its for good not in bad things

Download your world,and open the file of your world find the Player '/world/players' and delete it and upload your world again

You can use plugins to do that SuperFlat Worlds
Like Multiworld plugin and MultiverseCore Plugin
/mw create [ World Name ] SuperFlat
/mv create flat_world NORMAL -t FLAT

MinigamesLib Open skywars And MinigamesLib download that 2 plugins, if you didnt the plugin will not work properly
